Timothy R. Duncan is a partner and business attorney with over thirty years of legal experience. Tim’s practice focuses upon advising clients on a wide range of business legal needs, from day-to-day general business matters to complex commercial transactions. Tim’s practice areas include commercial transactions, merger and acquisitions, business and employment law, construction law, and general commercial law.
