Valerie R. Sims

Valerie Sims is considered one of the more prominent trial lawyers in Minnesota.  Ms. Sims has handled numerous jury trials in various counties throughout the State of Minnesota. Ms. Sims litigates a variety of cases, with an emphasis on construction, professional malpractice, property disputes, manufactured housing, and personal injury defense. She represents contractors, architects, engineers, business owners and individuals. She is Board Certified Civil Trial Law Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association and serves on the MSBA Board Civil Trial Certification Board.  Fewer than 3% of all registered attorneys in Minnesota are certified specialists in their field.  Ms. Sims further serves in an executive board membership position for the Academy of Certified Trial Lawyers of Minnesota (ACTLM) and is a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).  She was selected to Minnesota Super Lawyers for 2018 and 2019.
